Shipping Policy

At Corey Jones Art, every original artwork is packed by me personally with care and attention. These are one of one pieces and I treat them that way.
Processing Times
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Each piece is an original work of art that requires careful handling and packaging before it leaves my studio. I want to make sure it arrives safely so I never rush this process.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Artwork Packaging
All original artwork ships unframed unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Packaging includes:
Glassine or acid free tissue paper to protect the artwork surface. Rigid backing board to prevent bending or damage. A protective sleeve or wrap. A sturdy flat rigid mailer or appropriate shipping carton depending on the size of the piece.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: approximately 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. International orders: approximately 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking and Signature Confirmation
Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout after your order ships. For high value orders including pieces priced at $2,500 and above, signature confirmation may be required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Contact me as soon as possible at coreycreative01@gmail.com if you need to make a correction. I cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has shipped.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country. Corey Jones Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged Artwork
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged contact me within 7 days at coreycreative01@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damage. Do not discard the packaging.
